I had a dental emergency and Holman Family Dental took incredible care of me. Dr. Ransom and Sarah went above and beyond, taking the time to work through alternate solutions instead of rushing me into one option. You could tell they genuinely cared about me and getting it right, not just getting it done. The whole team treats patients with genuine respect. 100% recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist who actually listens.

Dr. Holman and her staff were truly amazing in caring for our little one during his tongue tie procedure. She performed the frenulectomy on my 3 year old when she was an infant and my daughter recovered wonderfully. When I was made aware that my son was also tongue tied, my wife and I knew exactly who I’d want to perform the procedure (never mind the 6 hr drive from Atlanta). All of the staff at this office is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Holman has our upmost respect and trust with our children. She’s a remarkable professional. Thank you to Dr. Holman and staff for treating both of our children with great care.

I have been going to this practice for years and they have been my favorite by far. I know I’m not the best steward of my teeth and they don’t bang me over the head about how I should take care of my teeth, they just share recommendations for what I should do WHEN I floss and whatnot. I especially appreciate the relatable conversations I have with my hygienist, how they invest in the practice including staying up-to-date with technology while also giving back to the community. I highly recommend coming to this dental office. I traveled from north and south Durham. It’s conveniently right off of 40 🎉

My first visit here was so good! I was recommended this clinic by a close friend, and they were pretty booked out - I am so glad that I went for it. The check in process was easy; I arrived a few minutes late and had called ahead to let them know, about which they were very accommodating and nice. The waiting room was spacious and everyone seemed nice though kept to themselves! I like that this place is local-owned, woman-owned & run, and seems to really give to the community around it in Chapel Hill and Carrboro. I got called back speedily, and the dental hygienist Nana was great! Perfect balance between personable and professional, which I personally prefer. She explained things super well, to an extent my previous large dental chain, quick-turnover clinic never did. Her care was also thorough but efficient and gentle - I am fairly young, but I've had enough cleanings to feel which are worse or better, and this is one of the top cleanings I've had so far. Holman Dentistry also uses some newer bio/chem technology to help them see exactly what issues and where on the teeth their services would benefit the most, which was cool to see! The best cleaning I have received in all of my 27 years! The place is beautiful inside and very clean. Valeria my hygienist really took her time and made me feel welcomed being a new client. Tyler at the front desk was also so exuberant and such a sweetheart. This will continue to be my new dental home
